Principles
We process personal data only to the extent necessary to operate this website and to respond to your enquiries. This website does not set cookies and does not integrate any external analytics or tracking services.
Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by Host Europe GmbH (hosteurope.de). When the website is accessed, technically necessary data is processed – IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser and operating system – in order to provide the website securely and reliably.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The log files are deleted automatically as soon as they are no longer required for these purposes.
Cookie-free audience measurement
To understand which content is read, we count visits using our own tool, which runs on our server. The following is recorded: the page accessed and the previous page, time spent on the page and scroll depth, clicks on contact options, references, services and external links, the referring website or campaign, device type, browser, operating system, language, time zone and window width.
No cookies are set and nothing is stored on your device. Your IP address is not stored: the IP address and browser identifier are merely used to generate a checksum whose key changes daily. This allows visits within a single day to be grouped together; recognising you across several days or drawing conclusions about your identity is not possible. The data is not passed on to third parties and is deleted automatically after 25 months.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in designing the website to meet users’ needs pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You may object to this processing at any time – a short message to us is sufficient.
Contact by email or phone
If you contact us, we process your details in order to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or point (f) (legitimate interest in responding).
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed, provided that no statutory retention obligations prevent this.
Fonts
Fonts are loaded directly from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or other external providers.
External links
This website may contain links to external services. Data is only transmitted to these providers when you actively click a link. The privacy policy of the respective provider then applies.
